i can't recall everything from beta but I do remember (with 85% certainty) Prism procing twice BUT only if you used a light attack/buff AND were hit by an opponent light attack.

Had this happen the other night,

Opponent Rathbone dominate my Bestor/Prism into using pyro. I hit my own bench and prism proced twice against myself; one from using pyro and the other from Bestor getting hit by his own pyro.

Needless to say, it hurt a lot.

I'm going to guess the same would happen with Word of Comment and the 2 reflects... since hypno stare can reflect curse ring debuff.

So, "deals 6 elemental damage to all foes." in Prism's description actually means all foes in that instant.
